What We Do At Learningline we provide a whole range of services to people to suit their needs. Through our team of trained and qualified advisers we offer advice on all aspect of learning and work, backed up with information from our up to the minute links to labour marketing data and learning providers across the country, and our extensive library of learning programmes and career details. We can offer face to face interviews arranged by appointment at a variety of locations across the South East of Essex as well as at our offices in Rochford. After your discussion with one of our advisers, you will receive a personal action plan, linked to your needs, outlining the agreed results of the interview and suggested next steps for you and for your adviser to take in order to help you. The Learningline information and advice service can help you to improve your job prospects by advising you about updating or increasing your skills, training for a new job, learning something new and even gaining new qualifications. We can give you free information on learning and work if you are aged 20 and over. Learningline is able to offer these services to you as it is part of the Nextstep partnership. If you are under 20, your first point of contact should be your local Connexions office, which you can find here If you are not sure how to get in touch with any of these other services, please give our team a call on 0808 178 0062 and we will be happy to help find a telephone number or address for you. Currently, Learningline offers information, advice and guidance to people living or working in the following areas: Essex & East London. If you live outside of these areas, you can still get the same level of help and support from your local Nextstep provider
